why isnt my tweet getting any click thrus?

I watched social media massacre and it said to use addmefast to retweet to get points then it presumably gets me clicks on my tweet. cos i put them into addmefast.

it says ive had 27 clicks or something on my tweet but no clickthrus.

on the video the guy got 27 clicks in a few minutes.

was he just bullshitting or has the field of play changed since the method was released?
