I'm not trying to sell the domain lmao. I thought that the domain might be worth something so I asked a question. Completely baseless accusation
I wasn't planning on buying the domain since I have no experience in that niche. I'm just trying to understand domain value. I see a lot of expired domains going for over 1,000 with limited indexation or backlinks. This domain has over 21,000 pages indexed and it's ranking within the top 10 results for some high value local keywords. I'm trying to understand why it's listed for so low in comparison to domains that seem to offer so much less.
No the domain wasn't expired. That's part of why I'm confused. It seems to be a fully functional and successful website. It makes no sense to me why it's only listed for $500. My only explanation is it has to be some kind of scam.
