Why Is This Domain So Inexpensive?

I was just looking through the expireddomains website and I came across this domain: "realtysanantonio . com" It seems like it's ranking highly for every variation of San Antonio realty. Why is it only listed for $500 on Sedo? Is there something I'm not seeing? It seems like it should be worth a lot more money.

I wasn't planning on buying the domain since I have no experience in that niche. I'm just trying to understand domain value. I see a lot of expired domains going for over 1,000 with limited indexation or backlinks. This domain has over 21,000 pages indexed and it's ranking within the top 10 results for some high value local keywords. I'm trying to understand why it's listed for so low in comparison to domains that seem to offer so much less.

No the domain wasn't expired. That's part of why I'm confused. It seems to be a fully functional and successful website. It makes no sense to me why it's only listed for $500. My only explanation is it has to be some kind of scam.
