Why is there no high quality alternative to FLIPPA?

It's not exactly a great value but you'll have a hard time finding something you want on it.

Flippa's as good as it gets for small sites. Anything else, Empire Flippers.

Motion Invest and Flippium - probably just going to end up with a site created by another niche site builder who reached its cap and knows it's not profitable to hang on to. Never buy a website from a fellow niche site builder or digital marketer.

Imo you only should buy Adsense (or another advertising platform) websites in those marketplaces. With online tooling yoy can make an estimation of the value and the low hanging fruit. Other monitisation methods can be easily manipulated.

Do you think most of flippa is just a scam and inflated numbers? I sold a few sites on there but if you look closesly at the history of sales not that many websites actually sell on there.....
EmpireFlippers is a good alternative to Flippa, I recommend it.

Flippa is one of the most popular and accessible platforms for buying and selling websites, but there aren’t many high-quality alternatives, and there are a few reasons for this:
1. Flippa’s popularity and reputation
2. Size and variety of listings
3. Large market and user base
4. Security and verification systems
5. No strong alternative
6. Easy-to-use process and tools
7. Strong community and advertising

So no strong alternative because there is no strong alternative?
Really nice contribution, Hubert.
When you cant think for yourself, AI is a good alternative. But it will never give you an edge and please keep it for yourself and dont bother us.

There are no decent competitor because scaling without becoming overrun by junk or scams is no easy task.
im checking acquire.com and maybe ill try it in the near future, but it seems that nothing like flippa in terms of traffic and serious buyers.

Any reason why you can't just use Flippa?

Like the old saying goes, "if you can't beat 'em join 'em!"

There are several alternatives to Flippa, which don't meet your quality standards?
what are the alternative to Flippa ?? -- actual Marketplace to sell Domains, Hosting and alternate assets ?? Actively looking now...

I bought a decent website off of Flippa. An e-commerce store. I researched for months though before getting it and weeded through a lot of garbage. I've been running my shopify store for a year now and really enjoy it. The post-sales process was a bit wonky but everything presales was great. You have to know how to weed out the garbage, and most of it is garbage.
Was that done after Due Diligence ?? I just heard about making due diligence on before buying websites... a bit of resources needed to know more..

While Flippa’s open model fosters scams, it is not a fraud itself. The problem with the platform is that it prioritizes accessibility over information management, unlike competitors that perform rigorous vetting. This presents a trade-off: Flippa offers more opportunities but requires buyers to be vigilant. Low sales rates reflect buyer savvy and an oversupplied market, not necessarily a failed platform. However, Flippa’s improvements are a step toward legitimization, even if they don’t completely solve the problem of small transactions.

Flippa is great for selling smaller websites, but if you’re running a serious online business, Empire Flippers is the better choice.

Thanks will do some more research - the sites I sell are usualy low value sites.

Not a scam completely. There are scam sellers but the platfom is not involved in bad things.

Because it is difficult to gain trust for such a website initially. You will have to keep spending money out of own pocket initiallly for quite some time.
