Hey,

I am just wondering why negative feedback on a sales thread will be removed? I simply don't understand why me feedback on a sales thread has been removed with the following reason: hijacking thread.

Being a review copy user on a SMM panel allows me to post my negative experience as well? Don't get me wrong, I have no personal issues with the seller, but this seems to be a little strange.

Please guide me kindly in this matter.

Thanks,
Festinger

P.s. no intentions with this post to create a riot.

The feedback you left was not related to the quality of the service but rather email(s) you received.

It appears you got one email and you considered it spam. Do what the rest of us do when we get email we do not want and opt out or ignore it.

That is why a staff member removed it as it was hijacking the thread.

Now, if your post was this service {sucks|is bad|is good|is whatever} based on my experience that is a whole 'nuther thing and certainly allowed.

One email is certainly not spam and bringing that up in the BST is not appropriate.

I do believe you got an alert and not a warning as a warning would have generated a PM that says in part, "Thread hijacking is against the terms on BHW and does not follow our rules. Your message may have been removed or altered."

Asked and answered.
