Why is my site so bad?

The first thing I noticed is that your site doesn't look very professional.

I think the fonts could be better, especially the title font. It might help if you changed the font in your light green content boxes (with the pattern) to a smaller Arial-like font (something like the font that is describing the different components to the e-cig).

Also a lot of your graphics look kind of cheap and bring down the overall page.
