Why I need proxy for my facebook bot?

Friends,
I have developed a Facebook Bot that will do the content mining(images and video posts) from facebook and publish in my facebook pages.
Also it will share those posts to my joined groups. Its working fine now and the name is vNewFacebookBot
Now I want to expand the features like below;
- auto join in groups by searching with keywords
- auto accept friend requests
- auto send friend requests
- like random posts by searching with keywords
- invite friends to like my facebook page
- add friends to my groups(manually created some groups already)
- etc(Welcome if you have any more features suggestions )

My doubt is; I have read the proxy is using in another bots. I am not using proxy in this bot.
Do I need to use this proxy? Actualy what will happen if i am not using the proxy? is my accounts banned? please let me know.

So hard to believe you know how to make such a tool but don't think you need proxies. Yea your accounts will be banned.

It is a basic thing to use proxies with bots. You didn't feel the need as it seems you use only one account and i presume use your own IP. People in need of tool like this need to use with thousand of accounts and you can guess it s easy to get banned with the same IP.
