Why I can't post a new free download?

I tried to post a new download of a free human traffic application into the Downloads section, but got the message "You post looks spammy". A short description, list of features and the download link. Please advise.
 
Advertise on BHW
Because you have one post and the system does not see that you are trusted yet + you cannot post links as you can see from the red banner below in your posts.
 
Claro :) So iif I'll post 15 really spammy comments just to make the number I'll become a trusted member. That's smart , really smart. :)
 
I told not about links, but about meaningles comments whthout any useful idea or info like this one :) Anyway, I got the rules.

Same reason we don't allowed affiliate links in the homepage = looks spammy....
