Good advice.. unfortunately most people focus on trying to make money, however the best way to do that is to offer something of real value to the right people. If that is done correctly, it is more difficult to fail than to succeed.
I would just add my 2 cents in there and say this: go for something totally new, something ground breaking, something that no one else is doing. Identify a need/want that no one else is fulfilling, and grab it. I did this (sort of cheated actually, took a business model that was working in 1 country, and replicated it in a country that hasn't developed this so much).. I have no competitors and my business is (small but) almost doubling every month.

There was another thread recently talking about how much better BHW is than the other IM boards out there. Specifically regarding the quality of people here and the high level of discussion.

What about creating your own clickbank product that can really genuinely help someone? Most products on there are thin, non helpful BS.
Find something you love and something you can offer someone else, and turn it into a clickbank product.
Thanks man. It is a great place. We do have scammers and BSers but a lot of people who help others and I think it is because we have so many good methods, people are actually successful and thus actually have the time,money and will to help other do the same. other forums have a lot of BS methods etc etc and there is now growing atmosphere.

Nice word from you. I am just about two months old in BHM and am so happy to be hear ( tnx to pple like you). Most at times I find an interesting niche but end up with a poor customer service ( I feel so bad now ) , but I have learnt some thing from your words, it quite encouraging
