Why I am succeeding

I figured i would write a little note of inspiration for the noobs and state the crucial factor why I started succeeding in IM.

Since I started IM and joined BHW about 4 years ago, my aim was always to make money.
Needless to say, I was just making small amounts and every method died down as soon as it came along.

I finally decided to follow the advice several successful businessmen preach: Focus on helping people or serving them with your product

Shifting my focus from making money to serving the clients and providing a quality product changed everything. The mindset alone improved my whole attitude and outlook on IM.
Business didn't necessarily boom but started growing slowly but surely, and definitely became more stable as my return customers base grew!

I recently got 4 very big projects and get about 4-5 new clients each day. These came from referrals which wouldn't have happened if I didn't take care of my clients and kept them happy.

My advice is this, as hard as it is in the beginning when you just try to make ends meet, FOCUS ON A QUALITY PRODUCT AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS

The satisfaction you receive from this is also much greater and your motivation will increase together with your profit.

Woah. I clicked on this thread expecting another method to read over or perhaps a cocky brag-off... but I really needed this. I've just been aiming for greed when I'm missing the whole point of why I wanted to do this. I genuinely love helping people and being as valuable as I can in order to make sure they are taken care of.

Good advice, you make me feel bad because I don't come here enough and help others out like I should. The easy excuse is that I stay busy at my IM business and spend way too much time sitting at the PC that I don't take the time to give back to the community. I am going to make an effort to do more, thanks to your example.

This is the KEY Principle right here for success in any endeavor. Serving people your gift. God put us on this earth for this very reason. It is not only Reinie that is succeeding by serving, but many others that serve their purpose here to others have mass success as well. This just reinforces the belief that serving others your gift, serving your purpose by which your were placed on this rotating globe leads to SUCCESS. Slowly but surely. Our creator compensates us all for our deeds.

Thank toy, it took some growing up to reach this point. I'm fortunate to have reached this point! Making self improvements and self actualization, helping others and putting others first is tough in times when you just try to survive. I wish I had this attitude sooner, could have avoided a lot of hardship!

This is why most people don't succeed in IM, they are looking
for the quick cash and put out crappy products.
