No, not EVERYTHING. But you will find a lot of task you can outsource completely.

I was just going to write this. It is important to know how much time it takes and the steps you need to make to do the job, at least the first time. Usually an outsourcer will get quicker as they do more.

If you dont have any Ideea about SEO outsource everything, if you do you will never foward the hq link list to anyone.. So knowing seo or not knowing seo ..

You really really have to do most of this stuff first to gain an understanding of it. I've been using a lot of people from the old TrafficAssistants and I've really been happy with them. Having a good project manager in place makes all the difference for me.
 
Time is money. Its a balancing act.

If your time is worth more than it costs to outsource then its a no brainer.

On the other hand if you have more time than money also a no brainer!

You've inspired me. Outsourcing is the way to grow. It's too hard to do EVERYTHING yourself. I will recruit a lot more people to get more done.

It's tough to "let go" of doing things yourself personally, as I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and have done everything myself before... but to grow I guess it's about others doing the work

Agree with the OP, i was practically doing everything myself and burning out until i started to outsource my link building and other manual work.

But it is not as easy as it seemed. I have 3 VAs and 1 developer working for me and i'm still trying to get the best out of them.

However, at least now i'm not working 16 hours days any more. :)

1.- I've found that VAs are very good for doing tasks they are familiar with. Trying to train one is a waste of time. You don't need to. Linkwheels, manual social bookmarking, article writing and submission are easy to find. What I haven't been able to get is a VA who is familiarized with BMD. If you find a company where their VAs know how to work with it, please let me know.

Always go for an outsourcing company. They supervise and train (very basic) the VA. And, if he/she is not working, they are gonna replace it. Ask to talk with the supervisor in advance. Don't be shy, ask ALL the questions you have, even the stupid ones. Ask for daily reports the first week. Don't move to weekly till he gets it.

2.- In BHW I've found very good providers for "the whole package" jobs. Like "I'll write an article, spin it and post it on our 150 blogs network on 150 different IPs". That is a VERY good service. It worths the money and you have a lot of providers till you find 1 or 2 that fits your needs.

3.- For small services (200 bookmarks, Google +1, tweets, xrumer, etc.) Fiverr is the best choice. Make a list of gigs you like and start hiring. Don't be cheap, if you spend 100 and find 3-4 good providers... you have done a great research (it's gonna be easier if you know how to look).
As a tip, "top sellers" are usually (but not always) the best ones. The problem is that, most of the times, they don't want to be hired outside Fiverr. They are making money through gigs. Leave it like that. And, most of the time, the service they provide there are good enough.

Have you found the VAs from the BST section here, or did you go outside to some of the Odesk types of places?

It's also a good way to look at it, as investing in Fiverr to find the providers who are worthwhilel I've been doing it $10-$15 at a time and not getting much of anywhere - but I have to just look at it more as a drop in the bucket to get a long-term setup going.

Will keep the BMD thing in mind.

Good idea but some tasks are difficult to find good people. That or its too expensive to outsource. Bummer.

I've tried this kind of service but didn't see positive result. I got the backlinks from the blog network, but then most of those blogs deindex by G :(
