Why i am not able to reply hire and freelancer threads?????

I think there is prbl bcoz am not able to reply to hire a freelancer threads pls fix it

To be able to apply to HAF and WTB threads, you have to upgrade your account.

To upgrade your account: https://www.blackhatworld.com/account/upgrades

For the Jr.Vip upgrade, you need 60 days old account and 100 messages.

Please read the rules for the Hire a Freelancer section: Hire a Freelancer Rules

As @TheMarquis has confirmed:

1.) You must have an active Jr. VIP, Premium or Marketplace seller subscription to reply to HAF threads.

Additionally, you must have made at least 15 forum posts before you can create a new thread in either the Hire a Freelancer or Want To Buy sections of the forum.
