why high authority domain expires?

i am now in the phase of building pbn <learning>
logically,high DA sites have high number of traffic .any type of monetization will work with high traffic
so why people let these domains expires?

becouse you use in hundreds and we forget dates and times not ment to be forgotten .

most forgotten are all spamed up.

still loads of daily golden nugets.

Most people simply don't know about these metrics, or even SEO in general, so they don't see any value in keeping the domain for a closed business or abandoned blog.

Any good tool to monitor expired domains?

i know i can do a little search, but i would always prefer FRESH information, so if you dont mind sharing, i would highly appreciate it

because they are most probably a real business or real website and they dont keep website just because they are of high metrics. They keep it for their business. When their business cease to exist or move to new name, the old one expires.

Because they have no idea what they are doing. Some people could sell these domains for a shitload of cash, but they simply don't know about it and let them expire. Good for us.

This is wrong. High DA does not automatically mean, that the site has expired. Also, classic expired domains do not really have too many backlinks. And if they do, they will get caught by registrars the moment they drop and get sold via auctions. So basically, if you really want high DA/metric domain, you have to pay for it. One way or the other.
