Why hasn't my video blown up

So let's say I have this video on my channel that has blown up. 500k+ Views. 100% Organic, it just went viral ( No bought views/comments/likes nothing ).
For some reason it got into everybody's Home feed. 7m Impressions. 98% of traffic from youtube recommending it with 6% CTR and 8min ( out of 12min) Average watch time.

So I see the potential & keep making the same kind of video til one finally gets the same stats.
7%CTR this time and 5min ( out of 7min) average watch time. yet that video is not blowing up. Any idea why ? It has better CTR and better %WatchTime.

and then there's this video that has 11% CTR wit 3min ( out of 6mins ) average watch time. that one isnt getting recommended to anyone either.

Also on the first video since I didn't have subscribers yet, at the 6 day mark ( when it blew up ) I barely had any views. The latter videos have double the views,Likes,Comments at 6 day mark. What is stopping them from getting into people's recommended ?

Any reason why ? Is there any stats I should be looking at that I'm not ? all 3 of those videos are the same niche. Is it only really because of the video Length ? Because sometimes I see 3-4mins videos in my recommended so i didn't think it mattered.

what did u do in the 6 days up till it got suggessted (promotion wise) maybe that had an infulence . also just cos it has better ctr and wtch time doesnt mean it is better i have a few videos with over a mill impressions yet only a low ctr of 4% and my videos with higher ctr just are not promoted as much by youtube.

I can tell you that the algo is quite random / there are so many variables that you cant plan it. I have a video with a 15.6% ctr and 51% watch time 3 out of 6 min and most of my videos are quite similiar, none of them got a huge boost, they all are stuck between 20k-200k

15k+ and i started in feb 2019

I did absolutely nothing to promote & if CTR and watch time doesnt matter then what does ...

200k with 15k subscribers seems like a huge boost to me lmao
