Just saw hitman247 dropped of his title. As some know, a good friend of mine online and offline.

He doesn't give a shit about his title, but I believe this is an appropriate time to flag this for the overall good of new members. It's a good idea to label these people so we all know they're wildly successful and clearly know wtf they're talking about. These people have contributed extensive knowledge to this forum and when newbies revisit those threads, it's probably a good idea to highlight their skillset so new members know "hey this dude right here, yeah he's rich as fuck and you should prob listen to him more than the next guy" but the forum has thrown them under the bus oddly.

Are there any Exec or Jr Execs left making $10k/day? I feel based on post history, most struggle to make even $10k/mo. I know staff have voiced Jr Exec has made a shift to "active members" which is basically just who can spew the most.

Who making $10k/day has time to regularly post? The answer is zero.

Imo if it's important to keep the number of exec members low (for whatever reason), they should be moved to a "retired VIP" user group that basically just signifies they've made boat loads of money over the years and their opinion should be highlighted. If you come across their post and forget who they are because they haven't posted in 3 years. Then again, who would post if the forum throws them under the bus after years of contributions.

A few highly credentialed people who I have in mind for a new user group: @hitman247 @meathead1234 @Whisker @MrE @bryanon

This forum got its credibility from the original contributions of 50-100 individuals.

If can be honest title Jr Execs not mean they have super skill. They helpful on forum but many not even that good with SEO and say themself.
Its not title to show skill, it more title for helpful people on forum. There many Jr Execs who not make much and are no experts.

Thanks for your opinion. Lets work with the facts.

We've not "thrown them under the bus". One of the requirements of retaining an Exec status be it Jr. or full, is "engagement in the forum at the same level as when you were promoted". Whilst HitMan undeniably has skills and has contributed extensively in the past, at the time of demotion, he'd not been on the forum for over 6 months. Not hitting those criteria.

When a member stops engaging in the forum, then their Exec status is removed, this is something all members are made aware of. There is always a period where they have the opportunity to come back.

Active members are not "who can spew the most" as you eloquently said. But active members of the forum who the team feel have engaged and contributed in the same way people have in the past. All of this is clearly explained in the newbie guide article here from 2018 - updated in 2021 https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/what-is-jr-executive-vip.1042432/ it's not about how much you make in a day (as this isn't verifiable and has never been the case).

It's ok we get it, people don't stay on BHW forever, they come and go as it works for them or as they need to learn and discuss new skills and opportunities in the ever-evolving world of IM. But Exec has never been about the amount of money made.

This forum has millions of visitors each year, all members are welcome. There are a set of rules we ask all users to abide by. When a member achieves enhanced status, then there are some extra guidelines to maintain that status. When those rules or guidelines are not adhered to then actions are taken.
