for exemple i can open new account with rdp and pva profile + visa card

why we can't do that

I'm sure you'll figure out fast enough. Basically they cost so much because they usually are "real users" that you're getting and not farmed with makes them even better and less bans. Sure you can open an RDP (but then what IP's are you talking about, datacenter?) and farm your own but realize that a good quality account needs to be very aged with lots of activity. FB can see if you're just trying to create an account for ads and will ban it quickly.
