Why everyone buy from namecheap?

I have seen maximum number of people buy domains from namecheap.

Why namecheap is better and why people choose namecheap?

Any specific reasons?

Apparently some people lost domains on Godaddy and they decided to buy them on namecheap
 
They don't violate the rules on BHW like other's do and cause the staff to have to work because they do not ignore simple rules.

How did they lost domains with godaddy? but i see most of people prefer namecheap over godaddy.

Because it’s been commercialised and advertised. Same goes for GoDaddy. When you’re new to the whole thing and want to buy a domain, the first name that you consider is the one you’ve heard over and over on the telly and then you look up a few reviews which are from people who started out just like you and suddenly you’ve made up your mind.

today i brought a email service for $5/Year. they always have good offers :)

And their live support is too fast.
 
They are very consistent (atleast price-wise). Their domain management tool is easy to understand as well, unlike GD which keeps changing everyday. Plus they have free whois privacy.
 
They are my favorites for domains and for cheap testing hosting.
 
I like their support. and they do provide some pretty good promotional offers.

Sigh, their support is not good. Price is just average. They even SELL SLL certificates which is just plain scam. Yeah, documentation is good.

Also; be careful even if it's one of the biggest names in the game.

Well my experiences with the 24/7 live chat have been good 9/10, on one occasion I was ghosted after some time but that was it.
They give you 1 year free SSL, so yeah.
