From the detail you provided, are you running out of budget?? There's a lot of levers you need to set in place to make sure your budget doesn't get wiped out quickly with YouTube advertising.
1.) What is your geographic targeting?
2.) What audiences are you layering on? I'd stay away from affinity audiences. Maybe use in-market. Look into custom intent audiences.
3.)
Exclusions: When reviewing your placement reporting, you do have the option to select a placement that you no longer want to show on in the future by checking the box, selecting Edit, and 'Excluding it from an ad group or an entire campaign'.
4.)
Topic Exclusions: Another option to consider would be to layer in
topic targeting exclusions to exclude specific topics that you'd ideally not want to appear on. This allows for greater control. More info

5.) Keyword Exclusions: block YouTube for Kids that's going to EAT UP your budget. keywords like abc, nursery, nursery rhymes, toys, video games like minecraft
