Why Does Paypal Side with Scammers?

i opened case with someone who tried to scam me here paypal screwed me over saying since the closed case button was clicked the case closed.. bullsh*t
since i never put money in paypal and the money was taken from my bank paypal tells me my only option is to contact my bank and me call paypal back is useless now they made that clear to me
and i say then wat protection does paypal offer.. fu*k paypal
i contact my bank n they tell me wat they can and cant do and i choose the only option i have and file a claim
my bank tells me the money probably wont be recovered but i can see what happens
a few days later i see the money back in my account.. i win
but wait.. i noticed two emails from paypal basically saying my bank declined the electronic funds transfer and now my paypal account has been limited tell they hear from me.. WTF
because i took action to get my money back and won they still tryna screw me
now i gotta contact paypal again to use paypal when earlier they said it was pointless cus only my bank can resolve the problem which they did.. so again WTF
str8 up bullsh*t.. smh

yeah , the bad news paypal can't protect the intangible things.and seller always wins in this case.
but for the tangible things, they pro buyer.

Virtual goods are tricky when it comes to refunds.

If I was paypal and you couldn't give me a tracking number to prove something was or wasn't delivered, I wouldn't issue refunds either. There'd be too many scammers trying to get refunds.

i have always one every dispute .... any seller telling me to pay as gift is a scammer

not always it's sometimes used to avoid feeds. I do it with large transaction, both as buyer and seller.
