Why Does Paypal Side with Scammers?

I'm really sick of this shit from paypal. I have never won a dispute no matter which side I am on, buyer or seller. I'm starting to believe that they tell both parties they lost and keep the money.

My most recent dispute was for a theme I purchased from wpsale.com. They never sent me my theme or responded to any of my emails. I ended up buying it from template monster and put in a dispute with PP.

A month goes by and the seller doesn't respond to the dispute and paypal still comes back and tells me that since it's a virtual good that they are siding with the seller and not refunding my money. Never mind that the seller never even responded to the dispute.

Such bullshit. Someone needs to take that company down with a class action lawsuit. My guess is hundreds of thousands of people have been screwed this way.

paypal does not care abot anyone. Its not really directly paypal but more like the moronic staff they have. who dont know how their system works. really call paypal and its like a night mare.
 
Yes they are idiots over there. I hate dealing with them. Virtual good scams are obviously a problem. I don't get why they don't put a system in place where the delivery goes through them. That way it can be tracked.
 
as a buyer i never use paypal dispute just chargeback fuck paypal let them handle the fucken fees

i got fucked over so many times i just chargeback when i don't get my stuff

yes this was what the big guys recommended to me when someone paid me for a service then after he got the service he wants refund for his money.

Whenever the vendor says its a digital product that was sold PP immediately sides on them because some people gets tricky and buy something and after they get the product they ask for a refund.

imagine if you were the vendor and everybody buys your product then ask a refund after they get a copy LOL

nevertheless paypal should have a more proper way to deal with this kind of problems

Moral of the story:Pay through CC and when in trouble do chargeback with cc...!:)
 
You can't touch them. Think about the money reserves they sit on for businesses. You just can't win. There's no way unless the US Govt becomes involved
 
If it is possible I prefer to use other Dwolla or something rather than Paypal.

This is Exactly what I do.

I file a dispute... and if that does not work then file a chargeback.

Have always won.
 
I was buying a fanpage for fb. After sending the money to the seller, he blocked me in skype, and i have never heard anything from him. Then, i opened a dispute, and wrote some explanation what have happened... After seller failed to respond by the given time, paypal refunded me fully, without any problems!

Pray they don't read this post about CC chargeback.
Add more protection to your digital product and don't sell any digital product if you cannot take it. Maybe add some CD or some physical book and ship to them if u have many issues on your product over Charge back.

Why would they put a system, They are happy with what they make. Who's gonna spend money and add more staff just for this purpose..
Paypal only wants to make money, they don't want to upgrade their system...

They don't care if you win or lose a dispute, they only know how to limit your account and take you money.
 
Paypal don't really take notice as they use to - But that being said, there are issues with the main system, People can also make Ebay accounts way to easy - but there is the verification on direct call when selling.. o well..
 
I have several paypals got limited ,if some can help me out ,i am willing to pay
 
Fact : You will never win as a buyer.
You can win if you're a seller.

That is what happened to me.
