Why Does Jarvee Keep Crashing/Shutting Down

Why does jarvee on a VPS keep shutting down with these pop ups?

I don't get to check my VPS all the time as I have other things to do, but the only time I get to check I always discover jarvee has not been running for some days. Wasting my time and money at the same time.

If the Jarvee team are present on BHW, they should fix this ASAP because I might switch to another tool, i can't be paying monthly for nothing.


Does anyone experience the same thing?

I've been using Jarvee for 4 months or so, it was only seamless in the first month, rest has been accompanied with one issue or the other...
Too bad, and nothing like a solution in sight, they keep automatically updating the app even when I didn't ask to

Why don't you use a tool to take screenshots of your VPS, maybe this way you will notice any suspicious behavior and detect the issue.

Also, it might be the VPS shutting down for no particular reason (a VPS provider issue), so when you login, your VPS has actually a new session. You can check to see if this is an issue by keeping other apps, besides Jarvee, open in your VPS. And if after a few days, all your running apps are closed, it means the VPS restarted at one point since your last login.

I use Google cloud.

The issue is not with VPS restarting, all the times that the VPS has restarted Jarvee app usually starts up again and continues from where it stopped. The issue now is, the app all of a sudden would show bunch of pop ups as seen in the photo I uploaded earlier, at the end the app(jarvee) would stop carrying out any task then it'll stop, this happens for days before I login to my VPS and check only to close it using task manager and then restart the app again. The issue is with the Jarvee app particularly newer versions/updates, the first one I was using never developed this issue till I was forced to update and this now, I've tried going back to the previous one a couple of days later then a forceful update.

Contact support they will tell you what to activate and what folders to delete
Probabily happens due to large backup files hogging jarvee
If their support ticket does not give result unistall jarvee and remove all backup files from the dir because jarve does not remove them when unistalling
Only downside is you have to readd everything
This was my only fix when i ran into jarvee issues

I`d like to recommend you to install the teamviewer on your VPS and then create the ticket with Jarvee support with TV credentials attached. So this way they`ll just connect to your VPS and took a look of what is wrong. Hope it helps you with solving your problem!
