maybe your payment method is flagged so is regardles how old is the account, try to use a new card and let's check if it works, or could be just facebook trying to get your ID by any way possible since you are using the same card and that link you to any other account you create.

When Facebook scanning hard about payment, I usually add card via Boost post on Page Function, have you tried it?

Besides, if you have tried everything and still got banned. Then you should change the payment method, use another credit card.
