Why do you consider a good annual income?

For now I make around $2k per month in IM (not full job), it is really good for my family living. If I can increase this number to $5k, then quit my day job will not be a problem. And if it is long term steady income, I can even consider retire

Anyone here actually make these figures though? I know most won't respond due to being spammed to death from "HOW DO YOU DO IT" pms, but I am curious who on this forum makes 6 figures, and even $250k+

I know people make that, but being new to IM, I'm curious how much the "above average" IMer makes.

Ha...I'm sure a lot of us here used to think this way, so you're not odd for thinking out loud. There is a lot of BS online about earnings, but believe me, if you find a good niche/service/method you can definitely make 6 figures...however, it takes a lot of hustle and trial and error. Good luck.

$100k / year = good
$200k / year = great
$300k / year+ = fucking awesome.

As some people said it depends on where you live, in india/philipines/thialand you can live like a king with $10k annual income whereas in countries like USA/UK that amount is enough to cover your yearly apartment rent at best.

Living in the western part of Europe. You need a minimum of 20/30k to cover the expenses.

I think you have two types of people here, those who want to earn money, and those who want to earn pennies pissing around with things like TSU. The people who spend their time pissing around will forever make pennies.

Depends on where you live, in Germany is everything more than 5-6k Euros net income fine
+10k Euros
net income and you are on a another level ;)

What would change your mind? The low goals originally, the cost of living, or personal taste?

Partial replacement of current income/cost of a family/i like to golf/i like to fish/i like nice restaurants/etc.

I would consider a good annual income more than my current annual income! (bad joke)

No less than 6 figures, preferably always over 250k, 500 is nice... the higher you climb the less you seem to have...

I must be doing something wrong because I am not making anywhere near the 100k / year that seems commonplace to everyone else.

Anyone offering an internship of sorts?? :reddy:

Lol if 100k a year was the norm here in bhw, it would become a private forum LOOOONG time ago bro. $4k monthly just to enter bhw.

Have you accounted for the high percentage of bullshitters on forums? The majority of people here make between nothing and not much.

This is true. Tons of bs artists on here.

I see things a bit differently though than most. A lot of people like to say "most IMers are broke" or "90% of marketers don't make shit".

The way I see it? 90+% of people on this forum can't even be classified as "marketers" in the first place. Which in my brain sways the success ratio through the roof. If you are a true, diehard marketer, chances are you're making bank.

On the other hand if you're a "groupy marketer".... who just reads forums and spends little time doing shit (like most people do) then of course you're gonna be broke.

But that segment shouldn't be factored into the math in the first place.

If you ask me, the majority of real marketers are raking in cash.

I'd like to know what you consider a marketer bro.

As imho therr are people scamming people with ppd bullcrap. I believe thats not marketing, UNLESS what we call marketing as, without taking ethic sides, a way to make people buy or "convert". ;)

Thats just in my humble opinion. Though interested in what you call a marketer.
