There's a site emp3s dot me it's going fine some days ago.. now when I open it, it goes to emp3s dot cc . Structure and design of site is same. Now it pop-ups question in my mind... Why the hell admin changes the domain...? How new site becomes popular on Alexa and Google in just few days and getting Googles organic traffic? and is he using the old SSL certificate from .me site or using new one now? Because both sites are https.

They have redirect because of DMCA's.
301 redirect will pass almost all power of the last domain, on music or movies this is common to happen when they get DMCA strikes.

The new domain getting all the traffic from the old one, the old one if is getting DMCA strikes this is not meaning that is banned from google index. The old one still have traffic but have some DMCA strikes on some particulary files.
