why do scrapebox wont give me a refund?

oh yes guys i will admit im only a poor guy and 57$ is a big amount for me. it can cover my 2months isp bill.

im tired of this im willing to pass my SB for 50$ please guys.

Stop throwing stones at him , If he don't want scrape box let him sell it , Even $50 is a big amount for me ( I have purchased SB and is using it and i am happy with its performance ). I think he has realized the mistake for himself by trying to raise dispute before contacting the vendor.
IMO better to keep SB that selling it because if you are serious on IM you will need it .

Bob

you even didn't bother reading his refund policy.

he didn't refund because he never mention it. He will, but with certain condition

check this out

Code:
http://www.scrapebox.com/policy

. . . If you do this by sending in crash dumps along and cooperate with our attempts to assist you, and in the event we are unable to get ScrapeBox running on your system we will issue you a full refund within 14 days of purchase. In all other situations, we do not issue refunds due to the nature of ScrapeBox being digital goods, and all sales are final.

First mistake, "emailing paypal" as you say. I think everyone here knows how disputes are opened, and have dealt with the stupidity of some people who decide to throw out a dispute with paypal before contacting the seller. There is no "emailing paypal". Sorry.

You went in, started a dispute, THEN contacted the seller saying oh hi I want a refund now. They obviously were upset that you filed a claim against them without attempting to contact them first, like any normal sane person should do. You say you "emailed paypal" why was it so hard to email the seller instead of paypal? I mean the hundreds of posts and praise about SB alone should say "oh look, great support".

Second mistake was coming to BHW and saying you started a dispute against the creator of SB without contacting them, then contradicting yourself trying to cover up what you did. I'm sure everyone here knows the dispute procedure and no where in that procedure is there an "email paypal" portion. :)

Scrapebox is awesome software, and their support is flawless (at least to me since I've owned for (I think for over a year maybe?)). Had you went through the proper channel of communications I'm sure you would have had your refund by now.

Lesson: Read how to get a refund. If you don't get a reply in your email in 30 seconds they may be sleeping or busy. Give it 48 hours, and follow up with an Email. If that doesn't work then you go for the dispute. If you follow the proper way they asked for you to do, you should have your refund fast.

Meh sorry if I'm ranting here I just have a low tolerance for people who file claims without contacting the seller. It's just bad business to do that, especially to people who strive on keeping a good name in the community. Also I like to drag out the dispute process with paypal every chance I get when it comes to people who file a dispute without contacting me first. Just to piss them off for not contacting me first. I always am fair, but that just annoys me. :D

why keep hitting me? did you read all my posts? i already said sorry. as im noob on online transactions yet. i did cancel the dispute already sir and i already said almost a 100000000000000000 sorry to scrapebox for clicking the dispute. im only human i also commit mistakes but what matters is i know what i have done and i am very sorry even they dont accept my sorry i still say sorry. even i dont get my refund i still say sorry.

The reasons people keep hitting on you.

1. You have changed your story to try and make yourself look better.

2. This is a forum for adults and your posts come across as a whinny little girl.

3. You are complaining to the wrong crowd. A lot of people here sell products or services and people like you that go directly to Paypal makes their life much harder.

4. Going to Paypal first was not an accident. You did it on purpose with full intent to bypass the refund process. The only reason you are sorry is because it blew up in your face. You repeating how sorry you are in every post just goes back to point #2.

Seriously dude cut your loses, move on and take your lumps for doing something stupid. Hopefully the pain from this mistake will keep you from making a much larger one down the road, mistakes should include some pain or we would not learn anything from them. Everyone makes mistakes that cost them money, this is yours and at $50 it was not super expensive so learn from it. Grow and move on.

Case closed.
I dont want to read this stupid thread again.
All the people here say if scrapebox is phenomenal, but this person asked for refund.
Sorry OP, you wasting my time.

I think a lot of people have been quite harsh on the OP for making a stupid mistake. I think you have learnt in future not to go straight for paypal but to contact the seller beforehand and if then you don't hear back within a couple of days then raise it to a dispute.

Paypal disputes can and have ruined businesses before so its never a goo didea to go that route.

However I know at least one person in here has offered to buy the licence for 50% and you shoud not struggle selling your licence but if I were you I would learn how to use scrapebox, it isn't that hard to get used to the main bulk of its uses so why not use the tool and start making money instead of losing money. Turn this negative into a positive.

It was not a mistake, is the way he is. he is a creep
