why do scrapebox wont give me a refund?

how do you buy scrapebox and then want a refund? did the over 260 pages of constant support and praise confuse you? Really, ppl like you make it difficult for a company like scrapebox to operate, as a 2x customer of scrapebox i don't want them to deal with ppl like you who decide to... i guess buy scrapebox on a whim, and then emotionally decide you want a refund 2 days later, frantically email scrapebox, "OH NO" they didn't reply in 1hr so you frantically go login to paypal, and go "DISPUTE@@@@@", then you
"HA Take that scrapebox!!!"
then scrapebox responds a few hours later and goes, well no refund for you, you put it in paypal dispute.
then you go "OH NOS@ cancel dispute"
i want my money@
then i have no idea what happened , from then on.
really did you buy scrapebox emotionally? plus it's 57$ quite honestly 99% of the ppl who have scrapebox will say that for the money,value, it is undersold.

you came to the wrong place asking for help to get refund for scrapebox. this place will eat you alive. you might as well of asked for a bhw refund for membership

PayPal Disputes are ONLY a last resort solution.

I've used it once on a fraud gold seller, but only at a LAST resort. Tried everything in the meantime, and your claim that the dispute button is too easy to click, doesnt sound right....

are you fukin retarded? just call your credit card company and tell them you didn't authorize the transaction. I've done this lots of times with online scammers. Paypal does not accept virtual goods. btw. Paypal will ALL WAYS GO WITH THE SELLER, NOT THE BUYER.

And why should he do that? SB is not a scam company. The OP, through his own stupidity, fcked up! Potentially damaging the reputation of the SB seller just because the OP doesn't know his backside from his brain is not SB's fault!

Calling out a scammer via your cc company is one thing and I commend that, but when you do this to a legit set up it has to have consequences for that company whether those consequences occur now or further down the line.

I don't think this is on!

I dont know specifically about scrapebox, but as i have worked in ecommerce, its a general practice. - first contact the seller and if they dont help then contact the payment company like paypal.

- Whenever you file a dispute with paypal or chargeback, it hurts the reputation of the seller with the payment company. So, to protect their reputation in future transactions, the seller BAN buyers like you who don't think before processing the dispute (whether by accident or not). And once you are banned with the buyer they don't process any financial transactions with you (whether its refund, or any other transaction).

1) Why you bought SB if you did not want it !??!?!?!?!?!
2) Why you was so rude with SB contacting paypal instead them !??!?!!?

I think that the important thing about this is that you have to learn that you are an IDIOT . And now that you know that you are an idiot, work with that.

Back to the problem at hand, I'm not surprised SB won't give a refund. Paypal is almost a law unto itself and isn't held to the same standards as "proper" financial institutions, so by damaging a seller's reputation with Paypal you can potentially screw him, royally.

I agree with others, just use it and make your money back.

I hope everyone has noted this users name and remember if you make this person a sale he will make you miserable, by accident he will be on here shouting scammer chuck him out now before we get more crap.

If I were you, I would use the opportunity to learn how to use the software. I dont know where you are based, but I think $57 is not too much. You have a lot to gain.

well I won't refund u if u filed a dispute prior to contacting me, and why do u need a refund for $57.00 im not being funny but it's certain things not worth going threw the hassle for and $57.00 is one of them...besides scrapebox is a nice tool, so the refund doesn't make sense to start with, much less filing a dispute in paypal prior too.

for some people $57 is a LOT... some people can pay their monthly bills with that (at least the would id US$ was still worth as it was 4 years ago)...

Fair do's, we've all made mistakes online and maybe bought something we really didn't need, though the grief you're getting from members here is because of the way it was dealt with after that.... Learn from that mistake and at least you can say that something positive came out of it.

There are so many tutorials available on how to use it, that by the end of watching them, you would be pretty proficient on it.

The best advice you will get, short of actually learning the program, is to sell the licence for a few $'s less than you got it for and you have only lost a few $'s.

From my experience only scammers file disputes before contacting the seller...

Being that you jumped to a dispute before originally contacting them, how long have actually waited since you contacted them? It could take a couple of days to verify and issue a refund.

ok here is the deal.. m gonna buy ur SB license on 50%, though i already have it.. second license wont hurt me.. believe me...

okay guys i think you are thinking that im idiot because scrapebox wont give me refund because i click the dispute.

at first i did'nt file a dispute only an email to paypal for them to contact the seller and im asking refund.

after that i try to open my scrapebox and license was already deactivated.

so i think that scrapebox will give me refund, but then scrapebox told me he wont give refund and let paypal handle it ( note im not yet filling a dispute )

so i email him again that if i cancel my request on paypal to ask for refund WILL HE SCRAPEBOX GOING TO GIVE ME REFUND? he says no! so im desperate i click the escalate to dispute! after clicking it scrapebox reply on my email telling i shoudn't file or escalate the case to dispute. i told him i thought you are going to make a refund with no question ask but you wont give me refund thats why i escalate it to dispute and i ask him if i going to cancel the dispute will he give me refund. he answer let paypal handle it you already escalate it to dispute if you only told me earlier i will give you refund.
then i thought he will going to give me refund if i cancel dispute so i cancel dispute.
then contacted him and he say my scrapebox is now activated again! WTF? im asking refund not reactivation of my scrapebox

oh yes guys i will admit im only a poor guy and 57$ is a big amount for me. it can cover my 2months isp bill.


im tired of this im willing to pass my SB for 50$ please guys.
