why do scrapebox wont give me a refund?

i wonder why scrapebox wont give me a refund, at first i open a file report on paypal that i want refund, but then i contacted scrapebox support and he told me he wont make a refund because i reported it to paypal, then i cancel my report to paypal and cancel dispute then ask scrapebox politely to refund my money but he doesnt want to give a refund....

i already beg for him like a beggar in the street to make a refund but he really wont give me a refund but then its too late for paypal to file a dispute or refund again because i already canceled my first report because i thought scrapebox will give refund after i cancel my dispute...

Why start a dispute with paypal before contacting the company?

It's common sense to contact the company first before filing any sort of dispute. Not to mention scrapebox sais it explicitly in the sales letter that if you contact them directly they would put the refund through no questions asked.

Know what you're doing before you do it, if you're in doubt how to proceed, ask questions.

You should've gone to the SB people and asked for a refund before you went for a PP dispute.

Once you close a PP dispute, you can't open it agan - that's it!

If SB are sticking to not giving you a refund it's your own fault for peeing them off!

Suck it and start reading how to use SB effectively and make back more than you paid for it.

ALWAYS go to your vendor first before filing a dispute through PayPal. I hate it when clients fail to read and/or understand that refunds are offered if requested, and instead go on to file a dispute/chargeback. It harms both your reputations, and frankly causes resentment on both sides.

Of course it sucks that they are refusing to refund you, but nonetheless you might have luck selling a license or come back at a later date.

You should've done that first NOT go to PPal! If Scrapebox won't give you a refund what do you expect us to do?

And no way do I believe that you accidental clicked the 'dispute' button!!!

With PPal limiting accounts on a whim you raising a disupute on the SB account because you were stupid or naive is not on. Never go after a seller like this UNLESS you've tried everything, including attempting a civil request for a refund first and foremost. Otherwise you could possibly give PPal an excuse to close a seller's account.

Besides the cost of SB is not huge, suck up the loss, learn to use the tool or try and sell the license.
