Why do most SMM Panels stop accepting Paypal?

I remember checking out SMM Panels last year and they accepted it. That is until the start of 2020 when almost ALL of the ones I visited stopped accepting Paypal. What's wrong with Paypal Payments? Aren't they the safest and most convinient? I mean why are we being forced to give out credit card info just to add funds? What caused all of this?

It is against Paypal's rules to accept payment for fake likes, fake followers etc. If they find out about it they will ban your account.

The reason is obvious. SMM services are clearly against their T&Cs.

It's like asking why HYIP are not accepting PP

1. Chargebacks from angry clients
2. PP will froze your funds once they figure out that you are SMM panel

Because most of the panels got banned by paypal, there are always someone who chargeback sent payment with paypal...

Can’t expect to maintain a PayPal account as a reseller-provider receiving chargebacks for marking undelivered orders as fulfilled.

This has been answered on many threads here. PP does not want any SMM panel near their service and some bad customers who do unnecessary chargeback make it a risky undertaking. Though I have PP, I don't use it for my SMM services

Paypal never want to get their service in SMM panel. some bad person who want to scam money from paypal.

SMM is high risk. People do chargebacks, PayPal no longer remains a PAL and accounts gets frozen. Why would someone will accept PayPal?

Oh wow I didn't know that was true rip What are safe alternatives to Paypal then? It seems like a lot of payment options are like in India/Russia or ones that ask directly for your credit card.
