Why do I see this when not connected to the Internet.

I don't see the general "Not connected to the Internet" error when i'm not connected to the internet and trying to open BHW.
Well it happened by mistake,
I was connected to my wifi while browsing BHW and didn't know when my wifi got disconnected and because the error shown was not the general "Not connected to the Internet" and instead was this image below. I kept reloading the page, disabling my adblock for minutes and then noticed that my wifi was not connected.

Isn't this misleading.
This shouldn't happen in general.

These are part of our more customised error handling responses. The page title clearly states “Page could not be loaded”. Far from "misleading", it's a custom error message explaining that your page couldn’t be loaded. In your case, as you mention above, due to the fact that you're not connected to the internet.

I've updated the message to include a recommendation to check your connection.
