A century later, we still depend on archaic tools for performance measurement — standardized and multiple choice tests. The system trains widespread conformity instead of individual creativity.

Imagine what a child can achieve if it's allowed the freedom to explore his own self from an early age, instead of HAVING to go to school and a lady 40 years older than him telling him whats right and wrong.
Everything is messed up.
After all..
