Why can’t I start a direct message?

I spent way too long googling trying to figure out why I cant message anyone, just have to try and work up my posts.

yeah they can but remember you can’t buy from yellow members (their name same colour as mine and yours)
 
Accidentally made 2 or 3 pms by saying hi.
Peoples were requesting to send pm to them.
Nothing promotion.
Nothing service link.
Just by saying hi.
Will be more careful at the future time.
 
Hello, i made the 15 helpfull posts, but the button "Start Conversation" is not appeared on my conversations page. What did i wrong?
 
Hi, At the moment, it looks like I can't receive PM's. Is there something wrong with my account or with the way I've it set up. Thanks
 
New here, figuring out... what do you mean by 15 posts? Like taking prt i conversations or the post needs to be related to something?
 
Hi! Thank you for this tread! I would like to know if posts and messages are the same? I mean do I need to have at least 15 messages to be able to send PMs?
