Why can not I leave a link to BHW?

I wanted to help a person with a proxy, give it a test account, but can not add a link to the site. Why is that?

OP is not talking about adding links to signature, but posting a link in the main text of a reply

There's a filter on this forum to prevent new members from spamming. You need 50 quality posts outside the Lounge and Introductions sections (as these don't count toward your post count) and you need to be a member for 30 days. Before you ask, you also can't PM until you reach 15 posts.

You also can't put them in emails either. It is against their ... You can only put Amazon affiliate links on web properties.
