Why can not I leave a link to BHW?

OP is not talking about adding links to signature, but posting a link in the main text of a reply

There's a filter on this forum to prevent new members from spamming. You need 50 quality posts outside the Lounge and Introductions sections (as these don't count toward your post count) and you need to be a member for 30 days. Before you ask, you also can't PM until you reach 15 posts.
