I understand that's not what Blackhat means, problem is I think there's a lot of people who think that that's EXACTLY what that means. Especially based off of the some of the replies . Like I said, if "spamming" worked then why would 90% of the threads I see have to do with tiered linking , etc . People are trying to Emulate what you would think google wants to see from your site, same time not ranking for anything worthwhile with any of that crap.

The thread is not supposed to be all about computer science, but how at least a basic knowledge of it and software in general would go a long way in trying to rank sites, how can you battle against something that you have no real understanding of? Anyhow, I totally agree. This thread has definitely gotten off topic and I see no reason for it to continue.

why doesn't BHW buy or hire someone to code a mod where you can request to close a thread? When many people start questioning the thread it's better to just vote for it to be closed.
