There was one but he no longer sells here. Currently, he's using the accounts for himself.

Everyone that is selling accounts is doing it to steal profitable campaigns or even losing ones since most of them have no ideas about aff marketing but they know how to abuse the system.

There was one but seems his accounts tend to get flagged on their own.

And also I highly agree with what @hulksta said

a lot of these sellers are just looking for new ideas so they sell few accounts get the ideas and stop the service and that's it.
Pretty bad actually.
