i cant like any pictures for 1 day and can only like atleast 1,000 once i can start liking again

what is happening with instagram?

Probably because no real person likes 1,000 images a day.

Yeah they lowered the limit I believe. I also have to manually login and enter in a captcha often

I think the limit for liking is 1000 a day. Are you using a bot to like those images?

1000!!! enought for my.
I work with a bot and with iMacros. With bot I can send more likes; but with iMacros sometimes I can send only 12 likes per pic from different proxies...

For example, take a look to this Statigram pic: 561436099572857519_303041981 it's lock... that happen when I send you 12 like. After 24/48h unlock again and I can send other 12 likes.

I don't know what is looking Instagram for lock pics!!!
