Who will take my blackhat traffic?

I have some blackhat traffic, but none of my CPA networks want it. Who will take it? I hear that CPA tank will take some types of blackhat traffic.

if traffic is fake then it can be only use to build alexa rank i think there is no other use.
 
Its legit traffic, it converts, but it is the sources that are questionable ...nothing illegal of course.
 
could you provide the example of those sources? you can send a pm.

Lots of places will take BH traffic if it converts. It's much easier for programs to look the other way if it's making them money. One of those things you want to run by them first though of course. Just ask if they'd like to test it and see if they might be interested in working together. Most places will be willing to give it a try to see what the conversion rates are as compared to the complaints they get from it.

Why would there be complaints if people are targeted traffic and fill out the offers?
 
Everyone will take your traffic - as long as the money is worth the complaints they may will get!Which Countrys? International Traffic?
