Who will take my blackhat traffic?

I have some blackhat traffic, but none of my CPA networks want it. Who will take it? I hear that CPA tank will take some types of blackhat traffic.

Its legit traffic, it converts, but it is the sources that are questionable ...nothing illegal of course.

Lots of places will take BH traffic if it converts. It's much easier for programs to look the other way if it's making them money. One of those things you want to run by them first though of course. Just ask if they'd like to test it and see if they might be interested in working together. Most places will be willing to give it a try to see what the conversion rates are as compared to the complaints they get from it.
