Who has been Google slapped

yes im using wp, the only pluging im using is the all in one seo

I have a white hat site that had a high ranking for a few keywords I was optimizing for. One day out of the blue my rankings just disappeared but my pagerank increased. Its been like that for the last few months and still no change. I have not worked on the site since then but I hope that whatever damage I did it can be undone.
