I have it implemented on one MNS. Gave it as try since the girl who approached me was nice and professional, and it is not an important website for me at all.
The results are quite pathetic, however
. Ads RPM with Adsense: $0.87 (was pathetic already, that's why I didn't care experimenting with this one). RPM with media.net after the change (for 30 days): $0.21...
Keep in mind though that this is a small sample, one website only with barely 5K monthly page views. So I am also interested to hear what experiences others have with media.net...

Although media.net has a similar business model when compared to Google's adsense it will not pay as well as their advertising rates are much lower.

Media.net is paying less than AdSense. They offer contextual ads only. I don't recommend them.
