A company in my niche build little old skool HTML lead generation websites, optimize them and then charge per lead.

I need someone who can track what they are doing to optimize, obtain backlinks, classifieds, PPC etc.

Can anyone track and map out a plan for me to duplicate their process?

Well, since you are already offering money, you should try out one of the many spying softwares that are out there.
They would allow you to analyze their backlinks, content, PPC campaigns and many other stuffs...

It's better to get a pre made solution almost all the time!

You can use AHREFS and pay to upgrade your account which will offer you additional tools and will allow you to do what you're looking to do.
