Who Can bypass This 20/10$ Authorization?

Yo guys, as my SS says below I am getting this 10/20$ authorization when I am about to add my card and billing infos, before 2 month I was using google merchant to add it and I was bypassing that successfully bjt now even with google merchant I am getting this 10/20$ authorization, I am talking with the old google adss experts who still create accounts... Ru getting this issue and is there a plan to bypass it?

Most BINS are flagged so it is normal. Try it with fresh cards or new bin releases.

No, this is here to stay. You will be getting this in most accounts no matter the BIN and regardless of the location.

It has nothing to do with th bin and it's because u get the see the 20/10$ Authorization even before u add ur card or billing info, I haven't checked in other locations which I will test out today but I belive that it has something to do with the method that u create ur account with and it's because before 2 months whn I was linked my G ads from merchant and adding my billings from merchant too I was bypassing that but now it's quite hard as they implemented that to merchant too
