hey guys and girls, I am looking for a white hat seo expert who can rank my site and get me lots of traffic within 3-6 months. I have a virtual assistent that will support you (writing, posting, editing etc.), but you have to give the virtual assistent clear instructions.
You will be paid per performance. This means you will be paid as soon as I rank. You will be paid a monthly fee per keyword that is ranking, as soon as this keyword isnt ranking anymore you wont get paid anymore. Please make me an offer. Of course the decision of the keywords is yours.

I am in the supplement niche, mental health.

Contact me if you are interested or if you have more questions.

Maybe I'm wrong, but i doubt if you will find a SEO individual or company to rank your keywords then wait for payment.

But good luck with it

You could be right. But there are seo companies that work on a pay per performance based model. If the person knows what he is doing and understands that he has a virtual assistent at his disposal then it could be lucrative for some people here.

Anyway, thanks :)

Paid as per performance??? In another saying, it is working for free. Come on, seo is an investment, just like trading, sometimes u win, sometimes u lose. Also is the VA happens to be you?

Thanks for your input.

It is not working for free, it is only free if you cant perform or bring in results.

Come on, seo is an investment, just like trading, sometimes u win, sometimes u lose.

You are absolutely right about that! Seo is an investment, I already invested in seo and got burned and now I am looking for options to reduce my risk, just like in the investment world.

Also is the VA happens to be you?

No, why do you ask?

You have to ask yourself why would a SEO "expert" want to rank your website, and wait for a payment, rather than rank one of his own sites?

I doubt you will find, why would I invest my time and money not getting anything upfront if I can get upfront money anytime I want to rank someone ?

KW research and on site seo few pages 1k minimum upfront for seo who know what he's doing, but good luck, maybe you will find some 3rd world country "seo expert" maybe try freelance or odesk there are a lot of seo experts.

I understand your question, you are suggesting that a seo "expert" who is not getting paid instantly would prefer to work on his own projects. Good point, maybe he wouldnt get as much cash from his own website? I am ready to pay per keyword a monthly fee. And I am in no way trying to rip somebody off. Work has to be paid...also I believe that payment should bring in some results. Therefore my proposal.

3rd world country? You mean Sweden, or you mean 1st world country called Philippines? Bet that morons like you never heard of anything called '2nd world'.. We are not living in cold war anymore!

As for the topic, kindly pass some better advice, rather than parroting what others have already said.

If you want it that way you will pay 10xcost, and you will probably only get 10% margin in what the keyword is worth.

why? Because you are asking the SEO provider (who already has income from a successful business) to take ALL of the risk.

dude no one is going to spend their time and money to work for free for you. There's a reason why good SEOs charge 2k per month. That's because perhaps half of that goes into buying pbn links or guest posts and maybe even setting up a pbn for you. If you can't afford an SEO, I'd suggest asking your VA to build niche links, social bookmarks, regularly updated web 2.0's and guest posts.

Not when you're trying to beat a giant bot with a massive artificial brain. It's move is unpredictable. You may get ranked, or you may get tossed.

Stop wasting your time and put up some cash on the table if you wanna play with 1000's of other competitors who're willing to pay.

The terms may be useful to someone who is building their portfolio of successful cases, or someone who will jointly profit from the site or support sites created on this basis. I have PM'ed you such a custom offer. Otherwise, it looks way too one-sided for most SEO providers---you wouldn't dare go to the BHW marketplace and expect those advertising their services to go on a "work all month, then maybe I'll pay you" basis, would you? Below, I re-state typical considerations about SEO work.

If you offered to hire a contractor to build a house, but won't pay him until the place is rented out, what would he think? The OP is asking the SEO worker to take on the same risks as the business (here, the site owner). Since that is the case, he should be prepared to pay more, to cover the risk they have been asked to assume, on top of the base labor. There's a great recent BHW sticky that covers the normal payment basis, realistic expectations, and market value for SEO services: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...engine-optimization-your-business-2015-a.html

Based on the Moz study I tend to quote a lot for reference (based on 500+ SEO service providers) the normal market flat price for SEO services is $1000 ON UP, and $250 per month ON UP if set up on a referring fee basis. For highly competitive niches and customized packages the cost goes up: http://moz.com/blog/seo-pricing-costs-of-services

i will prefer $1k of upfront payment if something like this come up, because nobody have control over google.

Aside from the Pay per performance model being a little off the mark, I do not know of anyone that would want to use another person's VA to work in his business without proper vetting.

I would not even bother vetting as using your guy is off the table right out of the box.

Your VA knowing what I do to rank sites? Does that even make sense to anyone?

OP, maybe rethink your offer a little and perhaps you would get some response from the crew here that would help get your site ranked.
