What exactly is allowed when attempting to cold-contact someone via email?
Is it completely a no-no or can I do it with a "unsibscribe" option?

I've recently released a new SEO tool. It's sure to be a game-changer, and I need to get the word out, but I don't want to shoot myself in the foot.

Any guidance would be extremely helpful. Thanks.

Hi Bizstim,
Are you currently searching for data or a solution that will allow 3rd party or purchased lists to email? Please let me know and I can make some recommendations for you :)

Send them a mail explaining what is this mail about, and next tell them what you offering and next ask them for permission to send a mail with the content which you want to promote.
