Hi, just as in the title.
While building a PBN, assuming all domains are of good and clean records+metrics, will the extension matter as to whether it'll be powerful? I'm asking especially regarding ccTLDs, here's an example.

Say my site I want to rank is Nigerian(other countries too are also interested in the niche though) but I use PBN of domains from South Africa co.za instead of .com, .net, .org or .com.ng(Nigerian ccTLD) will this affect my money site's chances of ranking?

Note that all domain metrics are good/high with a clean history.

Thanks in advance

Anybody???

It won't. As long as it looks at least somewhat natural, you are good to go. Don't use Greek CC for a PBN in Nigerian to rank a Nigerian site. That doesn't really make sense.

Also, you will have hard time to register some foreign CCs. There are some legal limitations and oftentimes, those domains are more expensive than regular top TLDs.

Thank you Nargil for your input. I know of the legal limitations. Care to explain a little of the underline/bold? I actually want to buy domains from a certain African country to rank a Nigerian site

That was a farfetched example.

If you get, for example, Hungarian CC domain, put it into your PBN, populate it with content in Nigerian and link out to your money site, will it look natural? Not much.

If you do it just within the Africa with other African countries, it should be fine.

Cool and fine. Thanks
