I currently using Vultr VPS, fair price Imo, and haven't encountered any issue for 5 years till now

I've been using Linode and DigitalOcean for a few years. Both are stable. I like Linode better because the support staff are more patient and use less technical jargon.

Namecheap vpses work fine for me. Ovh, digitalocean are ok as well. AWS ec2 is good too, but it might cost you more.
Basically, the vpses won’t be a problem if the website(s) you are hosting are fault tolerant and stable. Most of the time people complain because they install some plugin, theme etc and it breaks the site.
Don’t install anything directly in production. You should always do it in a staging environment and copy from there.
Use docker if you want it stable, with not much computing power. Don’t use cpanel.

I've been using Contabo with multiple VPSs for years, it's the best price/value I could personally find for web hosting,
They include smaller plans currently, with some special (not really good) discounts & deals running from time to time,
Don't expect any technical support tho (which is the case for most VPS providers), but if you know what you're doing it's a perfect deal,
You'll get what you're paying for in terms of Specs & network, uptime is really good, only went down for a couple of servers in a few years,
Hetzner has some competitive prices as well, but it all depends on what specs you really need & the specific usage of VPS
