I was wondering to buy this hosting popping up in the marketplace in this forum. Can you share your experience?

I am using their service for 5 wp in single account ! so far the performance is very good. but ! yeah there is a but !!!

This hosting is for advance users ! don't expect any active support ! you need to manage yourself in migration, configuration and troubleshooting log error!

They implement a bot filter which you have no control over it ! for my case I use an indexer service ! been wait for 3 days to whitelist a single IP and so far no response !

that my experience so far

Cenchu hosting is reliable and excellent uptime. You could give a try. According to me, its worth to use it.

I advise contabo for hosting. Very cheap.

For forex, I advise forexvps.net

Our team has resolved this for those who are interested in what happened. A specific filter in our hosting service protects your websites from attacks such as DDoS and Bruteforce, and this filter blocked the client's indexer service. Executives in the network department have access to remove this filter, but they were unavailable at the time of the issue due to personal issues, which delayed the process by a number of days.

We have, however, addressed this issue and provided access to remove those filters to L3 support executives to resolve such block removal requests from our clients. Going forward, such bot firewall removal requests can be processed in as quickly as 24 hours.

I would like to sincerely apologize for the delays, @chekamarue, and emphasize that, with your feedback and your peculiar issue, we have created a few new systems that will allow us to better serve over 1,000+ other clients.
