Your account was most likely shadowbanned, you should either wait for a few days and let the account rest , or just create a new account on a fresh IP and user agent and try there, but you should also warm up the account before posting , and use a high quality proxy

There are plenty in the marketplace section. A 4g proxy also allows for changing the ip, so you can technically use it on multiple accounts as long as you refresh cookies/user agent and change the ip for each account.
 
TikTok can tell if you are using VPN and proxies.

Better to post without proxy
 
Proxy can be attached to each browser, and it only changes the IP of that browser. VPN will change the IP of the device you use. A good solution is to use an antidetect browser combined with a proxy
 
As many before me said already its better to use a good proxy instead of a VPN

Use a proxy with a static ip and everything will be fine

vpns are bad for social media accounts as the ips have been
heavily abused by many people = easy account flagging
 
It looks like you have multiple accounts. I think it will be more convenient for you to use antidetect browser (recommend Hidemyacc) to create profiles and attach proxies to that profile. Proxy only changes the IP of the profile it is attached to. If you use VPN, it will change the proxy of the whole device, it will take time when you have to capture the profile, change the VPN location, then turn on the new profile.
 
I've used NordVPN for uploading videos to TikTok, together with a sim card from the corresponding country inserted. Never had issues.
