Sorry - too limiting.

My current twitter system has 4,500 accounts, that would cost me five thousand dollars with your licensing system.

Costs me less than $150 with others

100 accounts (the biggest package your page shows) would hardly make me $400 a week - not worth it.

1000 accounts is a bare minimum - I have had up to 6000 accounts in the past.

EDIT - If you had a deal for 250 accounts plus then let me know, I like the idea in principle - but the scale is too small for my needs, A good BHW price for blocks of 250 or 500 accounts and I might be interested.

Tweet Follower is the best, twitter friend adder also working

For me it's Tweet Adder but it's the only one I've used.

Add Twitterfall to kick start new accounts, and to test search terms to add to Tweet Adder's auto search, and I'm pretty content at the minute.

It's certainly a 'set and forget' software.

There maybe features of others mentioned which will make me want to try them out too, but this is the one I'd currently recommend.
