Which torrent site is working for getting free traffic in 2017?

Hey guys,
I'm new in this internet marketing and im struggling hard to get free traffic for promoting cpa offers.I saw some old post where people are saying that it is possible to get free traffic from torrent sites.I tried to post my torrent file in some torrent site but they didn't allow me to post on there site.In 2017 is there any torrent site from where i can get free traffic by posting.IS there any way i can get free traffic for cpa offers.I CAN WORK FOR UP 6 HOURS JUST FOR 10$.I don't have any money to invest.IS THERE ANY WAY GET FREE TRAFFIC IN 2017 OR2018.Your advice or help is needed.If you want to give me job thats ok too.Thank you for your time

Decent torrent sites are too heavily moderated by admins and users to try and post torrents with the cpa method.
